Hi..l had placed an order for 3 kurta sets on the 11 th of October after making a payment of Rs 599. I received a mail for order confirmation and also another mail for successful payment but after which I haven’t received any update on the delivery.

Shopify is the platform many businesses use when it comes to creating their online stores, however, we don’t actually manage any of them including their orders, customers, products, sales or shipping.
You may consider responding back to the Order Email Confirmation or any notifications they’ve sent you about your purchase. Alternatively, you may use their store’s social media info that you can find on their respective websites.
