Where can I find my merchant ID and secret key for Clearpay setup?

Hi how to I locate my merchant ID and secret key in order to set up Clearpay to my account?

To access your Merchant ID, you will want the Account Owner connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated and provide that ID to you. When it comes to account specific inquiries like this one, we wouldn’t have access to those details through the Community. Our support team however, will be able to provide further assistance.

To connect with us, you can:

  • Head over to our Help Center.
  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.
  • Log into your shop.
  • Select one of the available support options.
