I am having an issue. When I get to the set about connecting my account I get an error message that says, “the feature isn’t available for your account due to age issues”
I have looked and cannot find any thing about age restrictions on my account.

Since we are unable to look into the specifics of the TikTok account that you are attempting to connect, we wouldn’t be able to assist with changing the age that has been set. I would suggest reaching out to TikTok as they should be able to assist you with this by providing some additional support or insight to making this change.

Yep! At first, I thought it was because our account was new but it was actually referring to my age being confirmed in the app.
How did you confirm your age in the app, I can not find it anywhere
