when I try to activate paypel express check out, it gives the following error

Thank you for the screenshot! It looks like you are trying to activate the paypal express checkout through your Shopify app on your mobile device. I would instead recommend trying through the internet browser on your phone instead, or through a computer.
I would also try fully signing out of the Shopify app and check for updates for your phone and for the Shopify app. If that doesn’t work, please reach out to our live support through our Help Center.
I went through the Internet browser and cleared the cookies, still nothing

Hi! yes, i solved it. You need to click into the address bar at the top
of your browser page on the error page (where the website URL is)
and then click enter on your keyboard/device
Next the page should reload and you should see this:
