Hi,
I am currently facing an issue where I am unable to active PayPal Express Checkout on my store. It was previously activated however I de-activated to change the email address for the PayPal account.
Now, when I go to Settings ā Payment ā Active PayPal Express Checkout, it takes me to a login page where I login with my PayPal Credentials (have tried both new and previously working paypal account), after authenticating I am taken to my PayPal dashboard. There is no return to Shopify button and now error message generated.
I have tried in 3 different browsers on my PC (Edge, Chrome, Opera) and also through the Shopify IOS App, each time I am just dropped into my PayPal dashboard.
I appreciate any assistance!
