Why am I getting error 500 when adding a new collection?

Whenever I add a new collection, an error 500 message pops up after I click save. I have already tried clearing my cookies and cache but that doesn’t seem to work.

This error started appearing after I availed of the retail plan. Everything was working fine when I was still using the free version.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
