Why am I getting no sales despite 5k visitors from Pinterest and TikTok?

Traffic channels are pinterest and tiktok. Since July, there have been almost 5000 visitors to my site and none of them have made a real sale. website (https://kayvow0.com/ ) The sales and conversion shown in the screenshot are orders used to test the payment process, not real orders. The real conversion and order are 0.

If you are getting traffic with a lack of conversion it is usually because you are attracting the wrong customers, and/or there is a usability issue.

Just some quick usability suggestions:

  • The ‘catalog’ link in your main menu doesn’t really go anywhere which may make customers suss.

  • Then coming onto your website I’m not sure what products to expect (possibly need a catch phrase or something).

  • I feel the banner image is too large, takes up too much of the page, have to scroll too far to see products and what to expect from you

  • Your product titles are too long, change that information into your product SEO’s/Page title

  • Change your ‘add to cart’ button colour

  • Need to structure product information better, accordion menus are great for this

  • Change to one main product image large and make the others smaller
