Hi @Ramtek2015
Welcome to the community. To get sales, you first need to establish some trust with the customer.
But what do you think about the sounds of “kvyiq6-nh.myshopify.com”? Would you trust random letters in the domain?
I do not think that there are 5% of real stores on myshopify subdomain. Most are test stores or worse, scammers.
Also there is no contact information. I found some emails and addresses in the Privacy Policy but those sound fishy.
With only these two things, I would recommend that people to buy somewhere else.
And I won’t even go into content issues. There are a lot, a lot of topics with the same issue, spare some time and search for “No sales” and
you will find a lot of good tips that could really improve your store.
Good luck.
Wow I didn’t even think about that, thanks
I understand your frustration, @Ramtek2015 ! Getting traffic but no conversions is a common challenge. After reviewing your store, I can see a few key issues affecting your conversion rate.
Main Problems:
- Having only one product makes your store appear limited and less trustworthy to visitors
- Lack of trust signals (no testimonials, reviews, or trust badges)
- Basic homepage with minimal engagement elements
- Missing educational content about your product benefits
- Potential technical SEO and speed issues
Quick Solutions: Add engaging homepage sections like trust badges, FAQs, and testimonials to build credibility. Create educational blog content about nasal health and wellness to establish authority and give visitors reasons to stay longer. Optimize your site’s technical performance for better user experience.

Hello @Ramtek2015
Let me share you two ideas to improve your store performance, you can make them as a reference here and go on optimizing page contents continually:
- These two images are lack of alt text content. It is better to add them properly so that search engines like Google can identify image information correctly.
https://ramtekstore.myshopify.com/cdn/shop/files/s-l960-604144682.jpg?v=1749579025&width=1500
- I can only find out one search result on Google while checking, and after accessing your store, you should have more than one products existing on the store. I guess the product pages are not indexed by Google properly and you can pay more attention to this aspect to let more visitors access your product pages directly.
Moreover, if you would like to have a fully check of store status whether meet demand of SEO, you can also consider using this tool I used before on my store to check page situations and see if proper or not. I hope it can give you some reminders in some ways. Thank you!
Hi @Ramtek2015
I checked out your Shopify store Ramtek, and I can see you’re aiming for a modern, trendy online shop with a minimal layout. The clean design gives a decent first impression, but there are some areas you can polish to help build trust, guide visitors, and boost conversions. Here are my suggestions:
1. Build Trust & Credibility
Right now, the site feels like a “template” rather than a branded store. Customers may hesitate because they don’t immediately know who you are or why they should trust you.
Add a clear brand statement in the hero banner like: “Affordable Streetwear for Everyday Confidence” or something that matches your niche.
Include trust signals: secure checkout badges, payment method logos (PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa/Mastercard), and policies (shipping, returns, customer support).
I didn’t find strong customer reviews or social proof.Customer reviews are visible but not very detailed—real photos, dates, or more personal reviews would reassure buyers.Customers are more likely to purchase when they trust the store. You should add product reviews using a tool like ShopReviews ‑ Product Reviews - ShopReviews - Boost your sales with product reviews | Shopify App Store, which makes collecting and displaying real customer feedback seamless..
en a few authentic reviews with photos would instantly increase credibility.
2. Hero Layout & Storytelling
The homepage currently drops users straight into generic sections. Instead, tell a story. Why does your brand exist? What’s unique about your products?
Add lifestyle photos or banners showing products being used in real life. This creates an emotional connection rather than just a product feed.
A seasonal highlight (“Fall Collection 2025 is Here”) or featured product section can help set the mood and guide users toward bestsellers.
3. Navigation & CTAs
The menu is basic, but it could be more helpful. Group products by type or use cases (“Tops, Bottoms, Accessories” or “New Arrivals, Bestsellers”).
Add clear CTAs (“Shop Now”, “Explore New Collection”) in the hero section and repeat them throughout the homepage. Right now, there isn’t a strong funnel guiding visitors.
Make sure product filters are easy to use (by size, color, price)—especially if your catalog grows.
4. Conversion Boosters
Show stock urgency (“Only 3 left in stock”) or popularity indicators (“Hot item – 12 sold this week”).
Offer perks upfront: free shipping threshold, first-order discount, or bundle deals.
Consider adding a pop-up or email capture: “Sign up & get 10% off your first order”. This builds a customer list even if they don’t buy right away.
Display clear return/refund policies—this reduces hesitation, especially for new visitors.
5. Technical & UX Polish
Double-check mobile performance. A big share of traffic will be on phones, and if images aren’t optimized, bounce rates will rise.
Add favicon and consistent branding colors/fonts to make the site feel less “default Shopify” and more unique.
Product pages need more depth: use bullet points for key features, size guides, and multiple product angles.
If possible, add lifestyle images or short product videos—they convert much better than static images alone.
If you’re also selling on Etsy, consider using an app like Etsy Integration ‑ ShopList - ShopList - seamless integration between Shopify and Etsy | Shopify App Store . It lets you sync your products and orders between Shopify and Etsy automatically, saving time and helping you manage inventory more efficiently—perfect for handmade or customized products like yours.
Best Regards,

Hi @Ramtek2015, welcome to the Community
Congrats on setting up your store and running successful ads that’s already a big achievement. If visitors are leaving quickly without adding to cart, it usually comes down to how the store communicates trust and product value. A few suggestions:
-
Homepage First Impression
-
Add a clear banner with a headline that explains what the product is and why it’s useful. Right now, new visitors may not understand it instantly.
-
Use lifestyle photos showing people actually using the product to make it feel relatable.
-
-
Product Page Improvements
-
Focus your descriptions on benefits (how it helps with breathing, focus, energy, etc.) instead of just features.
-
Add a short “How to Use” section to guide new customers.
-
If you have any reviews, even a few, they can really help with trust.
-
-
Build Store Trust
-
Include an About Us page to share your story and why you’re selling this product.
-
Add clear links to your shipping and returns policies so visitors know what to expect.
-
-
Checkout & Conversion Boosts
-
Display trust badges and payment icons on the product page.
-
Consider a small first-time offer, like free shipping or a discount, to encourage the first purchase.
-
-
Match Ads to Store
- Make sure your ads and landing page are consistent. If the ad promises stress relief, the landing page should say that front and center.
Small adjustments like these can reduce bounce rates and help convert the traffic you’re already paying for. You’re on the right track keep testing and refining!
Hi @Ramtek2015
BiDeal ( BiDeal Bundle Volume Discounts - Volume discount Shopify app | Tiered pricing & Bundles | Shopify App Store ) and BiSell ( BiSell Upsell & Cross Sell - Shopify Upsell App | Cross Sell, Cart Upsell, Bundles, AOV+. | Shopify App Store ) are excellent apps for increasing average order value through bundles, volume discounts, upsells, and cross-sells, which are very effective once stores have steady traffic and some initial engagement.
In the case of your store with good ad traffic but visitors quickly leaving without adding to cart, the fundamental issues lie more in improving site messaging, product presentation, trust signals, and user experience to convert those visits into initial interest and clicks. Addressing these foundational aspects is critical before advanced upsell or bundling apps can drive meaningful sales growth.
Once the store successfully converts visitors into customers, then integrating BiDeal for smart bundle discounts and BiSell for targeted upsells and cross-sells can significantly boost order value and revenue.
So, the recommendation is a step-by-step approach:
-
First, fix the core conversion barriers highlighted earlier.
-
Then, layer on BiDeal and BiSell strategically to maximize sales from engaged shoppers.
If desired, I can certainly explain how to integrate BiDeal and BiSell effectively once the foundational improvements are in place.
