Why am I not getting any sales on my new online store?

How to get sales on Shopify, I am not getting any sales in last 15 days I am a new to shopify. If I get help to boost my sales would be great, Thanks,

Hello, I have gone through a lot of stores on here and I have a few general suggestions on things you should have in your store if they aren’t already there.

  1. Create sections for best sellers and the latest arrivals. These are two categories that customers specially look out for when they visit a store so it’s best to make sure they are separate from the crowd.

  2. Customer reviews and testimonials should appear on the homepage to build trust between your customers and your business. Even if you don’t yet have reviews from previous customers and platforms, still leave that section open so your first customer can fill it.

  3. It is always a great addition to show customers what others are doing in your store. This would help motivate them to take action when they see other customers doing so. You can do this by installing the Show Recent Orders App here https://apps.shopify.com/show-recent-orders

Welcome to Shopify! With 11 years in E-commerce, Here’s our recommendation after having a look at your site :slightly_smiling_face:

  1. Add Exit-intent Popups (it will pop when your customer is about to leave the page - asking them like are you really want to leave? or subscribe to get a discount code). This will make them stay a little longer, capture their email emails and convert them to buy. This is one app that can make the Exit intent popup.

  2. Use email marketing to send newsletter to your subscribers. Or some kind of abandoned cart reminder. This helps you to convert sales. You can find the apps here, some free and some don’t, you can use the trial then compare them.

  3. Many of our users are using different widget to draw customers’ attention for example inactive tab, pop-up showing information like “customer X in Singapore bought this 3 hours ago”, or a sticky add to cart, things which could draw the visitors attention and make them want to purchase. You can find the apps here.

  4. Add a favicon which is visible, which helps to find your store when customer had multiple tabs in their browser.

  5. Make social links open on new tab.
