When I log in to my account it says “you need permission to view this page. Email the account owner to get access to this page.” But I am the owner? How to solve this issue?

If so, I’d encourage you to connect with us directly. As we don’t have access to any account information through the Community, it will allow for our advisor team to take a closer look and ensure this gets resolved as quickly as possible.
To connect with us, you can:
- Head over to our Support Page.
- Log into your shop.
- Enter Contact Support into the chat box**.**
- Select Chat with a Support Advisor.
Alternatively, if you are listed as a Staff Member on the shop, I’d encourage you to connect with the shop’s Account Owner directly. This will allow them to confirm that you have the necessary permissions to view and access those pages.
