Why are my orders auto-fulfilling preventing shipping label creation?

Because of this I am unable to print out a shipping label or create one, the orders instantly fulfills, I am very confused by this, can anyone help?

As I can check, the orders placed at your store automatically get marked as fulfilled and shipped. It’s probably because you have set up automatic fulfillment for your orders.

You can disable that and set it to manual fulfillment by following the below steps:

Step 1- Login to the admin panel of your store.
Step 2- Go to settings.

Step 3- Select “checkout and accounts” from the list of options available on settings.

Step 4- Scroll down until you find the “Order Processing Settings” as shown in the below image.

Step 5- Select “option 2” to disable auto-fulfillment for all orders except ‘gift-card products’.

Step 6- Select “option 3” to disable auto-fulfillment for all orders.

Step 7- Select the appropriate option from above and your orders won’t be fulfilled automatically.
