Why are recovered carts still marked as abandoned in my report?

Hi, I have been looking through my abandoned cart report. I can see carts that were abandoned but have been recovered and they are not showing as recovered. For example one lady is showing 4 abandoned carts but went on to buy a product. Can i please understand why this might be happening?

The email address she has used is the same one for each.
