Why aren't my customers receiving shipping confirmation emails?

My customers are not receiving their “shipping confirmation” email notifications. They receive the original confirmation immediately after purchase, but nothing after that. In my notification settings, I don’t have the option to check or uncheck for “Shipping Notification”, so I’m assuming it’s always on. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Happy to look into this. Just to confirm, for the orders that you have shipped out, are the orders also marked as ‘fulfilled’ in your order list.

Another thing to be aware of is when fulfilling orders, you want to ensure you check off the box that says ‘Send shipment details to your customer now’ before completing the order fulfillment step.
