I just saw this new Brand setting on Shopify and am trying to set it up but it doesn’t save my changes.
If you go to setting > brand, you will see all these nice settings to make your brand look consistent across all platforms. I updated and saved everything, I saw the popup message at the bottom of the screen saying “Brand Saved” but as soon as I click out of the page, it gives me a warning that my settings weren’t saved. Even tough I pressed save many times and there are no error messages in any field.
Once you leave the page and come back, it’s all blank again.
Has anyone managed to set this up? Or it’s just me?

To confirm this error is not related to a browser issue, I recommend attempting the following troubleshooting steps listed below to see if this helps resolve:
Clear your Cache and Cookies.
Access the shop from an Incognito Tab.
Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Safari, Chrome, Firefox).
Attempt using Another Device.
Try uploading from the Shopify Mobile App.
If after completing all of the steps outlined above you continue to receive this error, please feel free to Contact Support to allow for further investigation.

I’m having the exact same problem today. Tried twice, exactly as you described above. Same thing happens. Very frustrating. Any one find an actual solution?
