I understand that you are having issues shipping your products to the address that was entered. This could occur for several reasons. It sounds like your customers are able to make purchases for items that are over $50.00. Is that correct? If so, can you share some more information regarding how your shipping is set up?
It’s likely that you don’t have a shipping rate set up for that specific amount. This is common when setting up rates Based on order price. Anyhow, you will want to ensure that your shipping rates are available for your customers specific location and order price. You will also want to check out our Shipping Profile guide to ensure that your shipping rates are set up correctly for every product.
