Help. I haven’t been in my account for awhile. I went in today to answer a question from a customer and my store is not shown in my profile. I cannot access my store. The chat bot says I don’t have a store. Yet shopify is still taking my monthly payment. Please help me gain access to my store.

Try the following steps to access live chat, without logging in:

Go to our help center here, using a google chrome incognito window.

Type into the help bot assistant chat on the bottom right: “I cannot login”

Click “I still need help”

Click “Account support”

Scroll down
-
Click “Chat with us”.

You are through to live chat support
