Why can't I add products to both of my collections?

I have 2 categories under collections in my store but when I try to add products into the collections only one of the collections comes up. I’ve watched video after video and none of them explain this.

Hello TBSdreams,

Please check your “Product Conditions” in “Collections”.

There might be some conditions that is blocking your collection to be displayed on the Product → Collection.

If it still did not work, please let me know.

What ‘Collection type’ are your collections created with?

  • When you create with ‘Manual’, products can be added to the collection manually. That means you can see the collection on the product page.

  • When you create with ‘Automated’, the products are added automatically according to the condition, so you won’t be able to see it on the product page.
