I’ve been unable to access any editing for 2 days now. I can click on the ‘eye’ to see my store then click on ‘edit home page’. It then changes screens but isn’t able to load anything. I’ve tried accessing ‘pages’ with the same result. I’m using Studio template. Has there been a glitched? I’ve cleared my cache for the past 7 days and have restarted my computer multiple times. Any help?
Interestingly, since I’m about to lose my ever-lovin’ mind, I’ve been trying every way I can to get to an editing page. I discovered I can load the ‘edit home page’ then right-click on the tab and tick ‘reload’. I have no idea how this is different than ‘refresh’ but it loads my editing pages. This is an extra step that shouldn’t be. I’d still love an answer for why I can no longer edit as usual.
Try opening your account on an incognito browser and try to edit your pages. Does it work now?
It does not. It would load the home page with the option of ‘accessing admin page’. When I tried to navigate to pages it couldn’t load anything.
So once you hit your admin page, you click on “Online store” and you can see your themes, correct? When you click on “Customize”, the screen is blank?
Also, could you test editing another theme (like the Dawn theme) and loading it’s pages to see if that works? It could maybe be the specific theme you are using.

Thank you for your ideas! When I click customize it tries to load the page, but gets within a 1/4" of the progress bar at the top of my page and stops.
I just tried editing another theme, and it worked the first time the correct way.
I’m the owner - sole employee. I did double-check the permissions though and I’m listed.
I did not know about Instagram being a part of shopify???
So it seems like it’s a specific problem with the theme. You can try three things:

Reach out to Shopify, since it’s one of their themes, and see if they can help you out.

Hello, I am also experiencing this issue. The theme editing is stuck on the password page and does not load other pages. If I try to load and edit another page it will refresh but remain on the password page. This is done from both safari and chrome on an iPad. Using a desktop computer this works correctly. Can the online store be maintained from an iPad or is this a bug that is currently being worked on?
