Hello,
I cannot find the test mode wherever I look. I use Shopify Payments and the setup video nor the posts made in this forum helps.
When I click on “manage” on “Shopify Payments” I only have two cards: Payout account and Customer billing statement.
I can click on “Manage” to access advanced settings but that just gives me the ability to deactivate Shop pay and the cards providers.
Getting back in the “Payment” page in the “Additional payment methods” card I can add a payment method, and search for “Bogus” (I have read here that it’s another payment method for test) which allows me to click on “PPP testing Bogus Payments App”.
When I click on “Activate” I get on the “wallee Payments” page and I can click on “connect” but this leads to an error page saying “The Shopify Payments app cannot be installed in this scope.”
I could send a message with the “contact wallee payments” button but the responses will be sent to contact@mystore.com and this email address is not yet configured, so I will not be able to recieve them.
Therefore I am stuck and request your help.
