Hi, I made an account I finished the bank informations too but in seconds it logged me out the username is rise-4419. I tried logging back in but I couldn’t and it made me another account.

I am not 100% clear on the error you are encountering here - are you able to show me a screenshot of what you see when you try to login to the original account at the moment? Has a new, separate account now been created?

Hello, I’ll send the screenshot. And yes, a new account had been created and the money had been taken from the account I opened so I’m concerned about that. The new account that was opened doesn’t have any information about banking and I didn’t try putting any information about that either. hope you can help, Thanks!
How unusual - this error would appear as though you are not currently assigned as the store owner but rather a staff member for this store.
Are you a Shopify Partner? Or did you perhaps purchase this store from a previous owner? Or is there any other email address you may have used as the account owner email login for this store?
I just opened this account I have no idea about any of them.
