Hallo meine Name ist hamed. und zwar wollte ich ein Abo kaufen diesen starter pack aber da steht das ich zu oft versucht habe Kreditkarten rein zu machen was ich eigentlich nicht gemacht habe habe eigentlich versucht mein Shop weiter auf zu bauen aber leider habe ich die test version und möchte es mit Abo verlängern aber ich kann es leider nicht machen weil ich es zu oft angeblich gemacht habe ich bitte das sie es wieder so machrn können das ich Abo kaufen kann danke und bitte kontaktieren sie mich über Email hamedloco123411@gmail.com

To confirm I understand, you’d like to purchase a subscription plan however, the system states you’ve input your credit card details too often. For better visibility, are you able to share a screenshot of this error message?
Oftentimes, if credit card details are entered too many times, you’ll receive an error message that there have been too many attempts and you can retry entering your details within 24 hours. Prior to re-entering your credit card details, I recommend contacting your bank to resolve any banking issues beforehand. You can also check out our Billing FAQ on what payment methods are accepted to pay your Shopify bill.
If the 24-hour mark has passed and you’re still experiencing issues, you can reach out to our support team via the Shopify Help Center so we can assist you further. When accessing the help center, please log into your account and select a support topic to proceed.
