Why can't I reach Shopify customer support?

Hello,

Whenever I try to contact Shopify it re-routes me to the same page and I am unable to contact them.

Example: I select “Contact Support” then I select “Explore the Shopify Help Center” scroll down to the bottom to select “Contact Shopify for Support” I select my store when it populates, and it re-routes me back to “Contact Support” I just had my friend try, and when she selects her store, it populates a chat option! does anyone have a fix for this? or know why this is happening?

I recommend trying on a different browser or device as it may be an issue with your browser. It would also be a good idea to clear your cache and cookies to make sure your browser is not pulling old information and can do a full reset. If our support queue is really busy, it may take a few minutes for those channels to open up and allow you to select them. Once you have completed the local troubleshooting, you should be able to request a callback, chat, or email. If you are still having difficulties, please let me know, and I can look further into this for you!

Thank you for trying those local troubleshooting steps! I recommend trying to contact support by logging in, selecting your shop, searching a topic, then clicking “Continue” at the bottom of the page to find contact options. This should navigate you to the right page. If you still have trouble, I would try using an incognito browser.

I have been with shopify for 12 years and watched the customer service help decline and now it is awful. I hate it. It USED to be good. If I could find another company to move to I would. I hate the lack of service now. It is horrible.
