We have noticed a massive drop in our conversions in the last week. Have gone from 10% conversion to 1% . Still getting over 100 visitis per day. We changed to the dawn theme over a week ago and we did great with sales straight after that for a few days and now we have gone completely dead. We have 2 stores and both have been the similar. Is there an issue with the shopify platform? Can someone please help? I can’t find any shopify support.
