Why did Shopify close my store then ask me to re do it for another plan and my trial was still in progress up until July I think and it just closed my store no warning no nothing now I have to redo it I don’t understand what happened and I’m using apps and all that and have customers what am I supposed to do

I can understand not having access to your store is definitely not ideal - let’s see if we can work out a solution to this together.
You mentioned Shopify closed your store - do you know this because you got an email form Shopify? If so, what did this email say? Can you show me with a screenshot what exactly you see when you try to log in at the moment?
