Why did my transferred domain disappear from my second account?

Hi,

I had a domain in my Shopify web, then I transferred to someone, but canceled a few hours later.
I opened a second Shopify web, and transferred the same domain to this. And was working, without problems.
Suddenly, I entered in my Shopify account and the domain just disappears, with this message saying is a problem with the domain, and when I click on it, it says there’s no page.

Could you please help me with this.

If so, I’d encourage you to check out our Transferring Shopify-Managed Domains document for steps on how to successfully complete this.

It outlines that you can:

  • Head to Settings > Domains, from the Shopify admin.
  • In the Domains section, click the name of the domain that you want to transfer.
  • Click Domain settings > Transfer to another Shopify store.
  • Confirm that your store owner email address is up to date, and then click Send transfer link.
  • When you receive the transfer email message, do one of the following:
    • If you’re the other store’s owner or a staff member with the Transfer domain to another Shopify store permission, then click the transfer link in the email text and log in to the Shopify store where you want to transfer the domain.
    • If you’re not the other store’s owner or a staff member with the Transfer domain to another Shopify store permission, then forward the email message to someone who has the appropriate permission for that store.

It’s important to note however, that the store owner or staff member with the appropriate permission will need to log into the Shopify store directly from the transfer link outlined in the email. If this step is not completed, then the domain transfer will be unsuccessful.

I contacted my friend who I transferred to him in the first instance (and
then I canceled it a few hours later) and he confirmed that the domain was
transferred to him, so it wasn’t canceled properly.

He tried to send it back, but he (not in shopify) had a message saying he
needed to wait 60 days before he transferred the domain again.

Have any way to bring it back or not?
