Hi!
For a really long time I have not been able to edit my product descriptions and have them save. I change them and sometimes they’re saved, but then go away after a seemingly random amount of time. It’s usually a day or less. For some products they are saved and stay there for years.
The last time it happened was yesterday for our product Fur Ears, it looked like it had saved but when I checked today it was gone. If anyone can offer some assistance that would be amazing!

We’ll want to investigate this further as changes shouldn’t be reverting once saved. Our Technical Support can check the logs to see where the issue is but will require that you supply an estimated time for when you edited the product and when you see it was changed. Timeframes (the smaller the better) will be required in order for our teams to review the logs.
You can contact Shopify Support by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.

I am having issues with saving my descriptions in shopify. When I press SAVE it reverts back or saves some of the edits but not all of the edits. Some products save fine and others do not. Please advise.
