I have 6 orders that for some reason still show Partially fulfilled when they were actually completely fulfilled months ago, some even a year ago. Its just bothering me showing me I have those to fulfill when I know I dont.

It’s hard to say without seeing the order, but couple suggestions check the order details page, that will show which items are not yet fulfilled in the order. Try marking fulfilled from there in the details page.
If that’s not possible, then one possibility is that the order was cancelled before the line item was fulfilled. It seems like there would be a way to mark the item(s) fulfilled, maybe if the order is archived, you can unarchive the order and then proceed with marking the item(s) fulfilled.
If none of that works, you could share a screenshot (masking any sensitive data), someone here might be able to spot the problem and help you out.
You could also check the order timeline to see if there are any clues there as to what’s preventing the line item(s) from being able to be fulfilled.
