Why does my inventory keep showing as sold out?

Hi

My inventory is empty but I need to add to it. Ive tried many times and press save but after a few minutes it goes back to zero and the products show “sold out”

What am I doing wrong?

Increase or add your product Quantity.

Are you follow up below?

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Products > All products.

  2. From the Products page, click Add product.

  3. Enter a title for your product, along with additional details.

  4. Click Save.

Hi

I put in the amount I have available here and press save and I do that for every product:

and then it reverses somehow, do I need to do something more?

Hi Andrea,

I have seen this type of behavior if there are inventory management or drop-shipping apps installed. In cases like these the changes to the products are saved, but then the apps will revert the product back to what they think it should be.
