We pay our shopify bills with our hdfc bank credit card, but every time it failed don’t know why this would happen with us

It is possible that your credit card is not setup for international transactions, doesn’t allow deductions or deposits, or recurring payments. You will need to contact your bank to confirm that your card is eligible based on the requirements in our Help Center. If you are still experiencing issues after confirming that, you will want to reply back to your most recent billing email to have this escalated to our billing team for further assistance.
