Can someone help me, I woke up this morning with my account saying inactive and can’t get into it what do I do?

I can certainly understand your account being inactive is not ideal and rest assured I’ll do my best to share what next steps you can take.
Have you made any recent changes to your account? Another possibility is your store’s trial may have ended. If you signed up for a trial but didn’t choose a subscription plan at the end of your trial, your account would become inactive after the trial period has ended. You can find more information in our Free Trial resource.
Are you able to check the email associated with the account for any correspondence from Shopify Support? There may be an email providing more information regarding your inactive account. If you’re unable to locate an email within your inbox, I encourage you to create a support request via the Shopify Help Center so our team can take a look at your account. This is because we are unable to authenticate your account or access account-specific information through our community forum.

- Once you’ve accessed the Help Center, log into your account.
- Select Account > Logging in from the topics provided.
- On the following page, scroll down to the Get Support section to view our contact options.
