Why is my account suddenly inactive?

Am surprised my account is inactive and no message was sent to me regarding why it became inactive, have contacted support countless times all with a promise of rectifying the issue, but all to no avail, and I have funds that is supposed to be deposited to my account, is this how you treat your customers especially the new one’s? am tired I don’t know what to do again, what you guys are doing to me is totally unfair and unjust.
