We’re having an issue on our checkout page.
Checkout isn’t available in preview
Return to the store preview or contact the store owner.
I research on the Sopify Community and Discussion that problem and realised many folks already got it but couldn’t find any solution. Mostly, Shopify teams helped them.
I already purchased a plan and check every single preferences. Can anyone help me? It would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for sharing a link to your store. I was able to have a look and I can see that all your product pages load in a preview method. I believe this is happening due to how the buttons for the products are setup from the homepage. The homepage itself does not load in a preview mode, it loads as per normal. So most likely the issue is directly related to how the buttons for the products were added to the store.
If you are using sections from within the theme editor on the store you should be able to review and update the URLs to point to the live products:
It is also important to check the products and make sure they are PUBLISHED and not in DRAFT status. You can confirm this by opening up any of the products from within the store admin, you will see their published status on the right hand side.
If that is not the issue, I would then try adding a second theme to your store and testing the products from there. Does the same issue happen in the second theme file? If yes, we know it’s an issue with the products. If no, then we can narrow it down to an issue with the theme file and can continue troubleshooting from there.
