Hello, I sold my first selling product worth $50 today and my store is not loading I contacted support and I was told I will receive and email which I didn’t and I’m not able to contact the customer support again

While our support team tries to respond as quickly as possible, we aren’t always able to respond within the same day. If you’ve reached out to our support team here and were told to wait for a response it’s best to wait longer as someone will get back to you as soon as they can. For situations like this your ticket would typically need to be escalated so we can review your account to identify the cause of the issue. You can use the link I shared to speak with our support team, but if your ticket did need to be escalated you would need to wait to hear from the team your ticket was escalated to. They would have more information to share about what happened and how to resolve it.

My store was terminated like why? Do I get my payout because I sent goods already
Hi, @Summerowns . Typically if a store is terminated it is due to a Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy violation. That being said, I won’t have more information on what has happened with your account in particular. I can’t see your account information here over the Shopify Community, but the team your ticket was escalated to would be able to answer your questions in more detail.
