MY ACCOUNT WAS TERMINATED WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE AND RGHT AFTER I GOT MY FIRST SALE AND WAS ABOUT TO RECEIVE MY FIRST PAYOUT. HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? ALSO WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY PAYOUT AS I HAVE FULFILLED THE ORDERS AND THEY HAVE ALREADY REACHED THE CUSTOMER.

Hi my shopify store was terminated as well after being opened for a few weeks and making my first sale then closed. I received the email explaining the termination reason. I have responded to there allegations weeks ago, but I have not received any response or updates. I have also had the matter escalated by customer service multiple times and still no response.
I received my Shopify debit card with my funds on it, but are unable to activate the card because I cannot access my Shopify account to do so.
Please help what should be done in a situation as this?
