Inclusion of a customer reviews section is crucial in today’s market. Customers heavily rely on reviews, so having a dedicated section will enhance your credibility and build trust in your products.

Ensuring 24/7 customer support is crucial for any store. Presently, I’ve noticed a limitation in your customer outreach beyond the Contact form, which may contribute to a higher bounce rate.
To address this, I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a free support, help center, and ticketing system app. MooseDesk provides auto-reply features during non-business hours, a proactive help center, and a user-friendly widget layout, offering an effective solution to enhance customer support on your platform.
