Why is my online store suddenly unavailable?

Dear Shopify,

My Shopify store is suddenly unavailable after I purchased the Basic package, I plan to launch my store this month. It is very very urgent for me, there are lots of tasks in schedule.

I customized the theme, added products, everything Looks perfect. But now I can’t login! Please help me. My ticket is 32228091

I would normally direct merchants who cannot access their store in this way to check for any contact from our teams in their account owner email address, though it sounds in this case as though you have already reached out for account support via our Help Centre.

Could you confirm for me if that is the case, and if your request has already been escalated internally on your behalf?

If so, then no further action would be necessary on your part, as the relevant specialist team will review your case in the order it was escalated and will reply via email to that contact specifically.

We won’t have any updates outside of that email reply, and it would not be possible to expedite this process in any way so I would avoid sending duplicate contacts about this issue, as it will only impede our ability to support you.

Just keep an eye out for that reply from our escalated team in the coming days so you can work with them from there on it.
