I created my shop a few months ago and out of the blue a few weeks ago it said my shop was unavailable I was extremely confused since I had paid for a 1 year plan right and then now it says my store is unavailable and I am not able to log into the admin of my account

From the sounds of things, you’re not able to log in to your store, and when you try to log in you are greeted with an error message. Is that right?
To fix this I recommend clearing your cache and cookies. Sometimes, when we make changes and customizations, our devices can hold onto old information causing an issue like this to arise.
Failing that, I advise getting in touch with Shopify Support. There might be an underlying problem that is preventing you from accessing your store. You’re able to reach Shopify Support via chat, email, or callback by following the link here.

Hello, I know a few of my friends who’ve had similar issues in the past and were able to sort it out after reaching out to the Shopify support team so I suggest you do the same.
