I have activated shopify payments and upon uploading the requested documents, i received an error message at the top of my admin page saying “your shopify payments account is on hold” and another saying “your shopify payments are on hold while we review your account”.
What is the issue here? Are both of these issues related or separate? Please let me know.

Both of these messages could be related to the same issue, in order to use the Shopify Payments gateway - we will need to verify your documents as this is a standard review.
