Why is my Shopify store showing as currently unavailable?

I don’t know why shopify is doing this with me but that too bad my store went down and showing this error myshopify.com is currently unavailable without any reason shopify made my store down without any email or anything not a single information just no reason another thing i contacted their support executive yesterday they were taking to long saying that they have sent this ticket to their team and he said his team is not replying him for long after 2 - 3 email conversation by me he said that he forwarded to opreations team for solving the issue and they don’t work on weekends that was normal i agree but why ? to long time and without any information shopify did this i was running high budget ads due to which my so much money got lost without any reason just due to shopify ?its a request to solve asap and assign me a executive who can solve this asap.

Firstly, let me say that I’m sorry you’re experiencing this situation currently. Employees such as myself are not able to view account specific information through the Forums, so I can provide you with some general information about your situation, and advise on next steps to take.

Typically, when an error such as that appears on your page, a communication email is sent to you by our Operations Team promptly, to explain the situation. You mentioned that you did not receive this email, but can you check your junk/spam folders, just in case it found it’s way there?

You already took the appropriate steps to have this addressed by reaching out to our Support Team once noticing the error. Because of that step, our Team is going to be able to follow up with our Operations Team to discuss the situation in more detail, and relay back to you any information that may have not found it’s way to you originally. This process can take a few days, just because our Advisors are not able to access some account info, and must reach out to the Operations Team for assistance. In this case, waiting to hear back from the team is a critical step to make sure only correct and relevant information is provided to you in regards to this situation.
