Hello, I am trying to set up my Shopify payments in the UK but It keeps saying that my sort code is incorrect even though the sort code I put in is correct. I checked online and some said I should try putting the sort code in a layout like e.g 23-45-78 and it still doesn’t work.
Can anyone suggest anything to help ?

Are you trying to input the sort code for a cheque account or savings account? If the format 12-34-56 isn’t working for you, then the most likely case is you’re setting up a savings account instead of a cheque account.
If you are indeed using a cheque account, the next best steps from here is to contact our Support Team, who will be able to look into any account specific information on our end and escalate the ticket to our Shopify Payments team if necessary.
