You’ve already taken the proper steps to contact our team to create a support ticket. I recommend replying directly to your existing support ticket to ensure it’s received by the appropriate team handling your request. We require accounts to be authenticated in order to review each query, which is done through the Shopify Help Center. Through Shopify community forums, we do not have the authentication tooling to do so.
