My website is unreachable, when people put in my web address they receive this message.
Safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server. How do I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with your domain, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, is a third-party domain connected to your Shopify store?
If so, I would begin by confirming the DNS Records are correctly pointing to Shopify. To do so, you can refer to our Connecting Third-Party Domains documentation for those details. The DNS Records include:
- Pointing the A record to the Shopify IP address
23.227.38.65. - If necessary, change the Host name to the
@symbol. - Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
- Point the CNAME record with the name www to
shops.myshopify.com.
If after confirming those details are correct but continue to receive that error, would you please be able to share the shop domain?
