Without getting too specific, I think the main issue with your site is lack of trust. Shoppers have concerns when buying from unfamiliar stores, some of which can be addressed easily, here’s a few suggestions:

Get your own domain name rather than a Shopify one.

Have easily accessible shipping & returns policies.

Have an about us section - tell your story.

Get and Display product reviews.

Display trust icons like money-back guarantee, returns, SSL security, secure checkout, free exchanges, and 24/7 customer support. These elements reassure customers about their shopping experience.

Make a good first impression - I notice your hero button on home page still says “Button label”, and you can’t read your logo
