I’m having trouble using the Buy one get one free coupon code since it says “your code is invalid” when I try to check out. I re-created the discount code and tried numerous times, but nothing worked. My Bogo (both automatic and coupon code) is not functioning, but my 20% off discount code is working. I already saved my settings while making the Bogo code in the most advantageous manner, but it isn’t working.

However, to understand the issue more it will be extremely beneficial if you could share your store URL and advise on steps to replicate this issue - as in which products to add, and what discount code to enter to trigger this error message? Do you enter the code on cart or checkout page?
Also can you confirm if discount codes in question are created within Shopify admin or are they coming from an app that you’re using? If the discount codes are generated by an app then the fastest and best way to find a solution to this issue is to contact the app developer.
