I have built a discount code to buy 3 services and get 3 add-on service free. I have a code and submit it at check out but cannot get it to apply. I must have done something wrong in building it,but…???

Did you set up any other conditions for this discount? For example, are only certain services eligible? Also, when you are at checkout are you adding all 6 products to your cart (the 3 services and the 3 add-on services)?
You’ll want to follow this guide to set up the discount. If you’re cart is meeting all of the conditions of the discount, the discount should apply as soon as the code is entered. One thing to keep in mind is that all of the products must be in the cart for a Buy X Get Y discount to work. With your discount this means that the 3 services and the 3 add-on services all need to be in the cart.
