Why isn't my order from Snug Sack fulfilled correctly?

I Ordered From Snug Sack and they sent my order to Staten Island and I do not live in NY! I live in Oklahoma and I contacted them they said they would send a replacement but now I have never received any thing and emailing the company it says email address is not valid? Who do I contact now? Please help?

I appreciate the information that you have provided us as that is very helpful! As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses - we do not manage or ship these orders ourselves. In this case, you will need to contact the business that you have made a purchase from and bring this to their attention. They would be in the best position to provide you with additional support.

If you are unable to get in touch with the business about your order, I would suggest speaking with your bank or credit card company (depending on how you made the purchase). They will have additional processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the order you did not receive.
