I am trying to add sale prices to my products but it only shows the “Price”, not also the “Compare at Price” and SALE logo on the picture of my product. I made sure all my “Compare at price” are higher than “Price”. At one point it worked but I added multiple products and now I can only see the “Price”.When I get to “Customize” I can see the disounted prices but if I access the websit normally they’re not shown.
what you will do is add the sale price to the original price and compare price the original pricing and it will show as a sale price if that makes sense here’s a screen shot of my page
I apologize I didn’t see the excel document another option is to check your settings as well as your color setting to make sure it’s not the same color as the background hope that helps
I just figured out what is the problem. I cleared my cookies and asked me again for my location, When I choose my country (Romania) the discounts are not available for Romania. I choosed United States and now they all show up.
