Why isn't Sendle loading my shipping labels?

I use Sendle/Shopify and I’m having trouble loading the link to print the shipping labels which is concerning for the business side of things. It’s neither working on my phone, so I believe this is a Shopify issue. When I go to print the shipping label, it comes up with this error message:

"This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset."

I think you are using this app .

The problem might be on Sendle side, check if that app is working properly.
