Why isn't the new user receiving the email invitation for store access?

Hey Guys,

I’m hoping this is a simple fix and forgive the simple question here.

When adding a new user to one of our stores, they are not receiving the email invitation thus we can not get them set up with Shopify access.

It’s not the email address as it is sending / receiving emails fine.
Yes, we’ve checked all inboxes including junk / focussed / socials etc

I’ve been going around in circles with Shopify support for two days with no help.

Hoping this is a simple fix that someone in the community has experienced and knows the resolve.

No… I contacted support and they said they will look into it.

No further response received and then the system corrected itself :rofl: I guess it was a temporary bug but it lasted a few days.

I have this issue, too!
