Why isn't the product preview button working on my site?

The “preview” button isn’t working for any of my products. Help!

You can try to check these following suggestions to troubleshoot your issue:

  • Check that the product images are uploaded and displaying properly
  • Ensure that the product is published and available for purchase
  • Check for any conflicting apps or scripts
  • Clear your Shopify store cache

  • What does “not working” look like?
  • As in the button does nothing?
  • The end result is broken?
  • Doesn’t load anything at all?
  • Do you have a link that’s shareable that would show the problem, or a screencapture?

I know I’ve just dump a lot of questions on you but the more info you can provide the less guesswork we have to do.

When I click preview, nothing happens. No new page, no error, nothing. I can’t even right click it.
